1. Privacy at a glance

ALVÉRA understands data as the currency of the digital age. We use modern technology to measure performance and steer creative work. At the same time we strictly protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content.

3. Hosting, CDN and security

We use the service of Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc., San Francisco, USA). Cloudflare provides a globally distributed Content Delivery Network with DNS. Data such as your IP address is transmitted to Cloudflare. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Our website collects server log files (anonymised IP, browser, OS, referrer, time). This data is not combined with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

4. Email communication (Google Workspace)

We send and receive email via Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). In the course of email processing, personal data (name, email address, content of the message) is processed by Google. A data processing agreement exists with Google (Art. 28 GDPR). Transfer to third countries (USA) is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract initiation and execution) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient business communication).

5. Performance tracking, cookies and local storage

With your consent in the consent banner we use the following technologies:

ALVÉRA Intelligence Tracking: We collect interaction data (session duration, scroll depth, click behaviour, browser data) via our own tracking infrastructure. We use hash encryption from anonymised IP and user agent. No transfer to third parties.

Geo-location (ip-api): The IP address is briefly transmitted to ip-api.com to retrieve approximate location data. The IP is then anonymised immediately.

Google Analytics and Ads: Only with your consent. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Meta Pixel: Only with your consent. Data transfer based on the Data Privacy Framework.

6. Live chat (Zoho SalesIQ)

We use the live chat service Zoho SalesIQ from Zoho Corporation B.V. (Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, Netherlands) on our website. Zoho SalesIQ allows you to contact us directly and collects usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent and interactions with the chat widget.

Data processing takes place exclusively on servers within the European Union. Data is stored for the duration of the chat session and to follow up on your inquiry. Legal basis for processing is your explicit consent under Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, which you grant via our consent banner and can withdraw at any time.

You can disable the Zoho SalesIQ chat by withdrawing your consent for the "Marketing" category in our cookie settings. The chat will then no longer load on your next visit. More information about data processing by Zoho can be found at zoho.com/privacy.html.

7. ALVÉRA needs analysis and scoring

When you use our needs analysis we collect your answers, behavioural metrics and contact data. These are evaluated algorithmically to create a potential profile. By ticking the consent box you agree to this processing (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR). The data is stored encrypted in our CRM and not passed on to third parties.

8. Contact

If you contact us by email or contact form your information will be stored for the purpose of processing. No transfer takes place without your consent.

9. Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, objection. Contact: agency@alveraluxe.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope and subject matter

These terms apply to all contracts for the supply of goods, the provision of services (design, apps, web hosting, digital marketing, consulting, SEO), assembly work and the brokering of trade services between ALVÉRA and its customers. Deviating terms of the buyer do not become part of the contract unless ALVÉRA expressly agrees in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded by written acceptance of the offer, usually by order confirmation in text form or signing of the document.

§ 3 Prices and payment terms

All prices are net plus VAT. For project orders: 50% advance payment after order confirmation, 50% after performance. Default occurs after non-payment within 14 days.

§ 4 Design approval and production

Production starts only after written approval. With the approval the buyer confirms accuracy. From this point ALVÉRA is not liable for errors that should have been identified during approval. Source files remain the property of ALVÉRA.

§ 5 Web hosting and domains

Availability: 99% annual average. Domains: ALVÉRA acts as an intermediary. Data backup: The customer is responsible unless a maintenance contract exists.

§ 6 Delivery, assembly and cooperation

Delivery times are non-binding and begin after advance payment and approval. For assembly work the buyer must provide free access and information about supply lines.

§ 7 Brokerage of construction and trade services

ALVÉRA acts as an intermediary. Commission: 7-20% of the net order value. Customer protection: 12 months non-circumvention. ALVÉRA is not liable for defects of the brokered trade companies.

§ 8 Retention of title

Goods and usage rights remain the property of ALVÉRA until full payment is received.

§ 9 Liability for defects

The buyer must report defects in writing within 7 days. Otherwise the goods are deemed approved.

§ 10 Liability

ALVÉRA is liable without limitation for damage to life, body or health. Otherwise only in cases of gross negligence or intent.

§ 11 References

The buyer agrees that designs and products created by ALVÉRA may be used for reference purposes. Objection possible at any time.

§ 12 Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In case of translations the German version shall prevail. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of ALVÉRA.
